If we had another option we wouldn’t use them, this is us waiting to get my 2 year old a vaccine with my pregnant wife who has to deliver our newborn in 2 days. This is an appointment too, to give a 2 year old their vaccine.
Allegro Pediatrics at Bothell is a very good Medical care center. Their Electronic Health Record allows instant and secure access to our child’s health information. Their online Patient Portal gives us the ability to request an appointment, message the care team and pay our bill. Special one-on-one visits focused on specific concerns about your child’s development or behavioral health is there. They have On-site lab and x-ray services. You can have quick visits to get flu shots and vaccines. You can approach them 24/7 and they are serving with Commitment and excellent services. The staffs are very good. It’s a clean place . They are following the Covid-19’s rules and regulations.
Never get to see the same doctor. Getting contradictory advice all the time. The doctors and nurses were always rushing to do something else more important obviously during our appointment. They took 0 time to make my baby feel comfortable during the recent wellness check, which took like 5 minutes in total? When my baby cried, the doctor literally just handed the baby to my husband, asked my husband to calm him down, and gave us some handouts - done! My baby has been a very happy baby and is not afraid of strangers. Yet the night he came back from the wellness check visit, he kept crying during sleep and looked scared. Even adults should have be treated better and with more patience.
We have been seeing our doctor since the birth of our child. But during 5 year wellness check we were so disappointed with our experience. We had so many questions and concerns that we wanted to discuss with the doctor but the doctor kept running towards the door. At one instance the child got hesitant to show her ears the doctor did not chevk the ears at all, considering there were some issues relating to ears! and then blamed that the child is manupulative!!
And finally ran out of door without answering all the questions! He literally spent 5 minutes with us, even adult wellness checks are more than 5 minutes!! We are super disappointed with allegro and unsatisfied with the care we received.
This clinic and amazing! Modern, clean. We see Dr. Reuter for both of our kids, and he is the most calm, patient and caring doctor! All staff is amazing as well! Highly recommend Allegro Bothell!
Dr, Reuter is an exceptional practitioner. He went above and beyond to help us get our child ready for an upcoming surgery. He has a great bedside manner, is thorough, and so on the ball with current information. We’re so grateful to have this amazing doctor to work with our child.
We recently moved and wanted to establish care for our kids. For our newborn we were able to do so right away, but then when I tried to schedule for my 6 year old, they said the first available appointment was for a physical 6-7 weeks out, but that it wouldn't be covered by insurance since she already had a physical this year. They wouldn't accept the physical from a different pediatric clinic, so essentially we are not able to establish care for both kids, just one. My daughter has an eye issue that needs checking out, and their recommendation was to see the previous doctor or go to urgent care.
We were in and out quickly, but not rushed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
